Salt bath heat treatment forms a fine structure with stable structure, and enhance the mechanical properties such as thermal shock resistance, high pressure resistance and wear resistance of the rolls. On the same conditions, the life of rolls is even longer than other brands.
The reasons why we choose the salt bath furnace as the heat treatment furnace instead of the vacuum furnace are as below.
